Rebuilt from 1928 on the new place Émile-Leturcq after the destruction of the First World War, Albert town hall was designed by Alexandre Miniac and Benjamin Maneval and inaugurated in 1932. It combines the Art Deco style with the influence of Flemish regionalism, with a 64-metre belfry. Its façade bears a moulded-cement frieze of twelve panels by the sculptor Vendémiaire Pavot, evoking labour, industry and war. The building was listed as a historic monument by order of 12 December 2023.
