Habitation, boulevard du Roi Albert 82 — Tournai

Set slightly back from the street, this house dated 1933 stands between Art Deco and modernism. Its stepped flat-roofed volume is built of flat orange bricks, enhanced by decorative elements in black glazed tiles and a low-relief motif in the cement rendering around the door. The rectangular windows sit beneath rendered and painted concrete lintels. It is recorded in the Walloon heritage inventory.
