École communale de la Victoire — Frameries

Municipal school built in 1932 to plans by the architect R. De Neyer, set slightly back from the street and extended at the rear by a second classroom wing that closes off the playground. Its Art Deco facade is characterised by three pediments, the moulding of its openings, the handling of its materials and the contrast of its rendered sections. The building is recorded in the Walloon heritage inventory.
