Prominent corner building entered in the land registry in 1930, whose street front shows interwar Art Deco features. It has three storeys under a hipped tiled roof, with a wide canted corner bay, and a lower annex on the Molenbergstraat side. Its brick cornice façade, on a rubble-stone plinth, is pierced by openings with truncated mitre arches whose joinery, with typical glazing bars in the transoms, survives; the café front is cemented and painted white, and cemented Art Deco motifs decorate the canted corner. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
