Art Deco electricity substation, entered in the land registry in 1934 and built on a plot of the presbytery garden ceded by the church council to the municipality. This small brick volume on a rectangular plan, with a renewed flat roof, is enlivened by recessed panels edged with a dogtooth brick frieze, decorative brickwork and painted cement lintels and panels. The symmetrical front has a central door flanked by two windows protected by iron grilles of striking Art Deco design, beneath two mosaics bearing the letters "C.G." and "G.E." in black tiles on a white ground. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
