Former printing works and bookshop in an Art Deco spirit tinged with Modernism, built around 1930 along a sharp bend in the road. Its facade, which retains its original appearance, is composed of geometric lines combining verticals and horizontals and plays on the projections created by oriel windows and the balcony.
