An industrial building in an Art Deco spirit, built in 1927 and converted into housing in the early 2000s, which retains its integrity and most of the features of interwar architecture. Its four storeys of former open floors are lit by numerous large windows set between pilasters that rigorously structure the brick façades. A tiled mansard roof holds wide dormers, and a four-storey square tower bearing the date flanks the south side.
